UK: Original, or second-hand owner
All Deluges (new and second hand) will be serviced by a UK repair partner of ours.
When it is your time to get your Deluge serviced we will contact you with instructions on how to package your Deluge and an address to send to. You can choose to add on any additional services at that time and we’ll give you a final bill including return shipping (shipping TO the agent will be at your cost).
We are looking into bulk rates for insured local shipping at the moment. We’ll give you a quote before requiring payment. You can always choose to have your deposit refunded.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from sending your Deluge to receiving it back.
