Switzerland/Norway (We’ll need to explore options here. Please purchase deposit and we’ll see what happens with the first units sent back. If you have original owners paperwork it should be simple enough, at worst, a 8% fee on the retrofit charge, but if you are a secondhand owner it might be a little tricker, we’ll do our best to work out something – we’ll have more info for you closer)
All those in the rounds1 will then have a random number assigned and we’ll contact you when your place in the queue has come around.
All Deluges (new and second hand) will be serviced by an EU service partner.
When it is your time to get your Deluge serviced we will contact you with instructions on how to package your Deluge and an address within the EU to send to. You can choose to add on any additional services at that time and we’ll give you a final bill including return shipping (shipping TO the agent will be at your cost). You can always choose to cancel and have your deposit refunded.
Please allow 2-3 weeks from sending your Deluge to receiving it back.
