Welcome to the team 🙂 Once your item is shipped you’ll be emailed tracking details (if express shipping was selected) once we’ve done so.
If package is being sent tracked (all Deluges are), you will receive an email from DHL usually within 24hours of us ‘completing’ the order. You can ignore initial tracking timing estimates, they will rapidly reduce as shipping progresses. If you have import taxes to pay, you’ll hear from them also.
If you need any help with anything, basic or advanced, just ask on the help section of our forums and you’ll have someone get back to you within 24 hours (http://forums.synthstrom.com/categories/helpdeluge).
