Warranty
Synthstrom Audible’s Deluge comes with a one year limited warranty starting from the date device was initially shipped from Synthstrom Audible. We keep a record of this against your serial number.
If your Deluge needs repair during the warranty period, no charges will be applied for parts or labour. This warranty is transferable to other owners should you sell your Deluge during the warranty period.
This warranty does not cover (a) damage, deterioration* or malfunction resulting from accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, improper installation or operation or failure to follow instructions according to the owner’s manual; (b) any unit which has been altered (c) normal wear (d) deterioration due to perspiration, corrosive atmosphere or other external causes such as extremes in temperature or humidity; (e) damages attributable to power line surge or related electrical abnormalities, lightning damage or acts of God; or (f) rfi/emi (interference/noise) caused by improper grounding or the improper use of either certified or uncertified equipment, if applicable.
If fault appears in first 45 days since first shipped from Synthstrom Audible, you will be reimbursed for any incurred shipping costs on your end up to $60USD.
The Deluge’s rotary encoders are rated for extensive use, but like all encoders, may wear over time. Replacements may be ordered directly from us, and our international repair partners typically have these in stock.
If there are issues that were present from manufacture, these may be covered past the year of the warranty. Please discuss with us if this relates to your Deluge.
